Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez admits Ansu Fati‘s return will depend on when the player is ready.
The 19-year-old has suffered another injury, most recently in the hamstrings that have occurred since December. And now just come back to practice as usual.
However, Xavi revealed that although the Spanish national team will return to the ufabet team again. But returning to the field must be done carefully. Which all depends on the physical condition of the players when they are ready.
“It will be up to him. How he will feel in training. After starting training last week,” said the Spanish trainer.
“He has trained with the team three or four times. But at a lower level. Because we are taking care of his physical condition
“His feelings will determine when he will return.”
Although Fati continues to suffer from injuries. But the performance on the field turned out to be good, netting 5 goals from 10 games in all competitions.
“It’s going to depend on him, on how he feels in training, after starting back last week. He’s been training three or four times with the team. But only on a reduced level, as we are taking good care of him. How he feels will decide when he comes back,” Xavi told reporters ahead of Sunday’s clash with Sevilla.
Fati has scored 18 goals and registered six assists in 53 appearances for Barcelona since making his debut for the Catalan giants in 2019.
